About the event

Being a parent is stressful, and this stress can feel turned up to the max when you have a child with autism. With all the thousands of tasks you have in your mind to keep your family running, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and stuck in a place of “analysis paralysis”. This session will give you realistic, practical ways to beat overwhelm (and also sneak a few seconds for self care too).

We will cover:

- learning a 10 step “first aid” process for moving from overwhelmed to productive in under an hour

- creating a quick and easy self care plan

- an quick introduction to reclaiming your personal power

This session is hosted by The Toby Henderson Trust - please contact lynda.richardson@ttht.co.uk to book your place.
